I am writing this testimonial because I am very impressed by the Telephone Connection.

We hit the ground running with TTCI when our old phone system died three weeks prior to the scheduled installation date of our new Samsung telephone system. We told Steve about the disaster we had and his response was, "That's not good.  I'll see what I can do."
